I love taking pictures, mainly of food, sometimes of other things, but mainly food. As part of my job I have the opportunity to experience some wonderful events, one of which was the sponsorship competition at Le Cordon Bleu in London. The lucky winner would get a year’s worth of tuition at the UK headquarters in Bloomsbury. The competition was extraordinary to witness and I’m planning to make a BBC World Service radio report. The other highlight was the catering, some of the best I’ve seen.

I wasn’t there to report on the canapés but they were so stunning I wanted to do something with the images. On the advice of a colleague, I downloaded the iphone app, Steller. It’s basically a book-style picture and text gallery. So, for anyone who wants to see heaven on a plate here’s my Steller story.
